Terms of Service

The parties

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding contract between you (“User”) and ClickClickPlay OÜ (reg. 17439378, Estonia) — the company that operates ImproveCV.pro. By uploading a CV, creating an account, or making a purchase you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable digital consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to use the service.

What the service is

• AI-powered ATS compatibility scoring for uploaded CV documents.
• Keyword and formatting optimization suggestions benchmarked against a target job description.
• Downloadable, reformatted CV documents in PDF and DOCX format, generated after purchase.
• Supporting content (blog articles, best-practice guides) published on the website.

No employment or visa guarantee. ImproveCV provides optimization tools and analysis. We do not guarantee that use of the service will result in a job offer, interview invitation, EU Blue Card eligibility, visa sponsorship, or any other employment outcome. Hiring decisions are made exclusively by third-party employers and are entirely outside our control.

Pricing, payments & refunds

• Free ATS score. The initial scoring report is free with no purchase required.
• Paid tiers. Access to the rewrite editor, downloads, and cover-letter generation requires a one-time purchase. Current prices and what each tier includes are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.
• Payment processing. Payments are handled by Revolut Merchant. We never receive or store your card details.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, when you request immediate performance of a digital service — that is, when you download your optimized CV or receive your ATS analysis before the 14-day period expires — you expressly consent to the service being delivered immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited upon consumption of that digital content. You will be asked to confirm this at the point of purchase.

For refund requests within the 14-day window where the service has not yet been consumed, email hello@clickclickplay.com. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ImproveCV only for lawful, personal job-seeking purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Uploading or generating CVs that contain fabricated employment history, forged credentials, or intentionally misleading information.
• Using the service to create documents on behalf of another person without their knowledge and explicit consent.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying the AI models, scoring logic, or proprietary output formats.
• Automated bulk uploads via scripts or bots (unless you have a separate written API agreement with us).
• Uploading files that contain malware, exploits, or embedded scripts.
• Reselling or sublicensing service output as a standalone product without prior written permission.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

Your content & intellectual property

• Your content. You retain full ownership of your CV and all personal data within it. By uploading, you grant ClickClickPlay OÜ a limited, revocable licence to process it solely to deliver the service.
• Our platform. The ImproveCV brand, interface, scoring algorithms, and all non-user-generated content are owned by ClickClickPlay OÜ and protected by copyright.
• Optimized output. The formatted CV document we return to you is yours to use, edit, and distribute freely.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClickClickPlay OÜ's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: loss of employment opportunities; visa or immigration decisions by third-party authorities; inaccuracies in ATS scoring caused by undisclosed changes to third-party ATS platforms; or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. EU consumers also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence that cannot be contracted away.

We encourage you to contact us first at hello@clickclickplay.com to resolve any dispute informally. EU consumers may also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these Terms

We will provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect, via email to your registered address and a notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may delete your account before the change takes effect.
